What companies run services between Ayder, Turkey and Baku, Azerbaijan?

There is no direct connection from Ayder to Baku. However, you can take the taxi to Rize–Artvin (RZV) airport, fly to Heydar Aliyev International Airport (GYD), walk to Baku Heydar Aliyev Airport T1, then take the bus to 28 May station.
