There is no direct connection from Taiwan to Hangzhou. However, you can take the subway to Songshan Airport, walk to Taipei Songshan Airport (TSA) airport, fly to Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport (SHA), walk to Hongqiao Airport T1, take the line 10 subway to Shanghai Hongqiao Train Station, walk to Shanghai Hongqiao, then take the train to Hangzhou East.
